Shipping and Pickup Information

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipping.

  • For in-store pickup, orders will be ready within 24 hours.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.

  • The Health Food Store is not liable for delays, mishandling, or lost items caused by the postal service.

  • If your package is lost, please contact your local postal carrier to file a claim.
