Shipping & Pickup Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Health Food Store.

Order Processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment during our shipping hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Atlantic Standard Time).

We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time provided by the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please check both your Inbox and Spam/Junk folder. If our emails are found in your Spam folder, please mark them as Safe so you can continue receiving future order updates.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of The Health Food Store.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

The Health Food Store is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

In-Store Pickup

Orders selected for In-Store Pickup are typically ready within 24 hours during our regular store hours.

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the store.

Although our physical store is open on Saturdays, shipping operations are available Monday through Friday only.
