Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipping.

For in-store pickup, orders will be ready within 24 hours.

A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.

The Health Food Store is not liable for delays, mishandling, or lost items caused by the postal service.

If your package is lost, please contact your local postal carrier to file a claim.
